• Analyze the current HR metrics to determine levels of success to attract and retain talent
  • Conduct workshops with HR and Leadership Team to agree the principles of Talent & Succession Management system design (workforce segmentation, definition of potential, assessment tools etc..)
  • Design a talent management system to identify and manage HI-PO’s (high potential employees) and build talent pools for the organization
  • Link the talent system to reward, competencies,  learning & development, PM and career paths
  • Develop a toolkit for implementation of the talent system 
  • Conduct training sessions to build capacity in HR and Line management to conduct talent mapping & succession identification sessions
